Our 12-document compliance library is fully launched and available now. Start with the Medical Waste Handling SOP — the document every practice generating biohazard waste needs.
Buying a compliance document from us is the easy part. Customizing it for your practice, getting it signed, training your staff, and filing it in your binder is where the work happens. Here's exactly how the process flows.
Each document lists what it covers, what regulations it's aligned with, and approximate page count. Most practices need 4-6 documents; bundles save you money if you're buying multiple.
Individual documents range from $9-$29. Bundles save up to $109 vs buying everything individually.
Click "Buy now" on any document. You'll be taken to a secure Stripe checkout. Pay by card. No account creation required, no subscription.
All major cards accepted. Receipts are emailed automatically.
Within 5 minutes of checkout, you'll receive an email with your Microsoft Word document attached. Save it to your compliance folder.
Files open in Word, Google Docs, Apple Pages, or LibreOffice. If you don't see it, check spam.
Each document has red bracketed fields — like [FACILITY NAME], [DEA REGISTRATION], [DESIGNATED LEAD] — that you replace with your specific information. Most documents are customizable in 30-60 minutes.
Empty bracketed fields signal an incomplete SOP. Surveyors look for those.
Have your practice administrator sign and date Appendix A (SOP Adoption). Then train every staff member with relevant responsibilities and document that training. Most documents include training records appendices.
OSHA requires 3-year retention of training records under 29 CFR 1910.1030(h)(2)(ii).
Print a copy for your compliance binder. Save the digital file in your compliance folder. Calendar the next annual review date (noted on the cover page).
Annual reviews are required by OSHA for the Exposure Control Plan and by most accreditation bodies for other SOPs.
Most customers have their first document customized and signed within an hour of purchase.
We're building an online training platform that delivers the federal training every healthcare practice must complete annually — OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens, HIPAA Privacy & Security, Hazard Communication, and Infection Control. Video modules, completion tracking, and printable certificates ready for state board inspections.
Required training modules covering federal compliance for small healthcare practices.
Our Document Library is fully launched. Start with the Exposure Control Plan Template — the foundational document OSHA requires every healthcare practice to maintain.

OSHA 29 CFR 1910.38 requires every workplace with more than 10 employees to maintain a written Emergency Action Plan. These six plans cover the facility emergencies every practice should be ready for — fire, severe weather, active shooter, power outage. Each plan defines roles, evacuation routes, and notification procedures specific to small healthcare practices.
Fire marshals and insurance carriers ask for this. Defines evacuation routes, staff roles (front desk, clinical, emergency coordinator), assembly point procedures, and fire extinguisher use guidelines.
Shelter-in-place procedures for tornado warnings and severe storms. Primary and secondary shelter locations, tornado warning protocol, mobility-impaired patient handling, and after-storm assessment.
DHS Run/Hide/Fight protocol adapted for healthcare practices. Warning sign recognition, internal reporting procedures, and coordination with law enforcement during response.
Facility lockdown procedures for contagious illness outbreaks, suspected hazmat contamination, or other medical emergencies requiring restricted access while care continues for patients already on-site.
Backup power activation procedures, vaccine storage protection, and a decision matrix for short vs. long outages. Critical for VFC providers — a 4-hour outage can ruin $20K in vaccines.
Staff notification chain, printable phone tree, ongoing update protocols, and a complete external contact list (utilities, fire, public health). Pairs with every other emergency plan.
OSHA requires written hazard assessments most practices don't have — until an inspector asks. These five forms satisfy the documentation requirements OSHA cites most often: PPE selection, ergonomic risks, bloodborne pathogen exposure determination, HAZCOM, and slip/trip/fall hazards.
Satisfies OSHA 29 CFR 1910.132(d) written hazard assessment requirement. Eye, respiratory, hand, foot, body, and hearing hazard checklists with PPE selection matrices. Complete one form per job task.
Identifies musculoskeletal injury risks from repetitive motion, forceful exertion, and awkward postures. Reduces worker compensation claims — the #1 cost category in healthcare.
The written exposure determination required by OSHA 29 CFR 1910.1030(c)(2). Identifies which job classifications require HBV vaccination offers, BBP training, and PPE. Foundation document for your entire BBP compliance program.
Satisfies OSHA 29 CFR 1910.1200 HAZCOM Standard. Chemical inventory templates with healthcare-specific examples, SDS organization rules, container labeling, and employee training documentation.
Comprehensive walkthrough assessment of fall hazards: floor conditions, lighting, walking paths, stairs. Documents controls before incidents happen. Slip-trip-fall is the #1 worker compensation claim category in healthcare.
